is the goal of the leadership and staff of the REALTORS®
Association of York & Adams Counties, Inc. to provide
meaningful business services to our members - services
that help you to be both professionally and financially
successful. It is our desire to do everything possible
to make membership a positive experience and a worthwhile

association provides efficient core services that help
you in your daily activities and responsibilities as

is the key to staying on top of the ever-changing world
of real estate. There are always new laws and regulations
to learn about to service your clients in the most knowledgeable
manner.
In-house
training center - The Real Estate School of York
& Adams Counties - offers outstanding REALTOR® continuing
education, broker-level courses, appraiser certification,
appraiser continuing education and designation courses.
Educational
seminars, "Morning Mini" and "Lunch & Learn" programs
provide opportunities to update members on new legislation
or real estate-related topics.
The
association provides a number of services not only to
keep you informed about the real estate industry, but
to also inform the public about the profession.
RAYAC Connection is the association's monthly
newsletter which is mailed to all REALTORS® and affiliate
members to keep you updated on issues related to the
association and your profession.
Real
Estate Weekly is the association-owned weekly publication
to provide REALTORS® with an affordable advertising
source and the public with an educational and informative
resource for their real estate needs.
Membership
directories are published biannually to give you
a current and comprehensive listing of all member firms,
individuals and affiliate members.
Internet
presence Our Association web site RAYAC.COM, provides
members with comprehensive information about all facets
of our industry and the Association. While also providing
the public a place to reference for real estate news,
updates, relocation data, area information, active listing
searches and more.
Contacts
Sometimes who you know is just as important as what
you know. The Association helps you meet other professionals
in the industry.
Specialty
forums are for members who specialize in areas other
than residential sales. (Examples: Appraisers, Commercial/Industrial
sales, etc.)
Annual
Marketplace is held each October in conjunction
with RAYAC's annual business meeting. It features an
affiliate member trade expo to learn about housing-related
products and services.
Social activities and other opportunities to
network with other REALTORS® and affiliate members such
as Wednesday Wind Down and the annual Installation and
Awards luncheon.
The
association offers you tools you can use to put your
career in motion.
Specialized
appraiser subscription services offering
a weekly "comparable" service using MLS data and pictures
with the York County's assessment records.
Member
service center (RAYAC store) offers forms and supplies
ie: information boxes, signs, maps, atlases and various
promotional items. The store is on our website www.rayac.com
and orders may be placed online. The color copier in
the RAYAC store allows members to make full color promotional
flyers at reduced costs.
Courier
service provides delivery of supplies to offices
in Hanover, Gettysburg and Southern York County outside
a 12-mile radius of the association office.
Help
individuals and organizations in York and Adams Counties
achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
Community
service projects by volunteering time and making
financial contributions to area housing and shelter-related
charities.
Keys to the City in York and Keys to Homeownership
in Hanover promote the benefits of owning versus
renting and offers incentives for prospective homeowners.

relief fund to help victims of natural disasters
get back on their feet.

Association provides a voice at the local, state and
national level on real estate issues, offers int

of business/commission disputes and Code of Ethics enforcement.

sellers and REALTORS® keeping resolvable issues out
of court.
Consumer protection/complaint process with the
