Learn to complete standard appraisal reports for lenders, including most FNMA forms and the 1004MC.  Understand how to complete general purpose forms and narrative reports.  Be able to critically read appraisal reports for errors as would be done by an underwriter, an attorney in a lawsuit or a reviewer.  Understand how to implement the requirements found in Standard 2 or USPAP for communicating an appraisal report.
