Learn about the various FHA loan programs available, the types of properties that qualify, the eligibility requirements to become an FHA appraiser as well as the application and exam procedure, recent changes to FHA and general FHA appraisal guidelines.  Understand FHA protocol for collecting and reporting data in a one-unit assignment and correctly developing valuation methods.  Learn VA financing, property qualifications for a VA loan, how to become a VA appraiser, and terminology that is unique to VA.
