What can I do if I am in a dispute with a REALTOR® or a buyer/seller?

The REALTORS ASSOCIATION OF YORK & ADAMS COUNTIES provides two methods of dispute resolution. These are available to members of the public. Click here to review the two methods and to print out a dispute resolution brochure.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday   
  8:30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday       Staff will be in the office at 8:30am but due to the weekly staff meeting the doors will not open until 10:00am.

How do I become an MLS and/or Association member?

To become an association member and an MLS member fill out our full member application and submit it to our membership secretary with all fees. Membership fees are pro-rated and our membership secretary can tell you what the specific fee would be depending upon the time of year that application is made. If you are a REALTOR® who holds membership in another association and would only like to become a full MLS member, contact Lethy Sprenkle at membership@rayac.com.
