Affiliate Application

Although REALTOR® membership in our association is reserved for individuals who hold a real estate license; we have a separate category, affiliate membership which may be of interest to you.

Our by-laws define Affiliate Members as "individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession...have interest requiring information concerning real estate and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Association."

The 100-plus current Affiliates range from lenders to abstracting companies, and from home inspectors to engineers.

Benefits of Membership include:

1.	Annual Marketplace- each October, in conjunction with our annual meeting, a business expo where affiliate members "market" to our approximately 1,200 REALTOR members.
2.	Ability to purchase membership mailing labels.
3.	Your company information will be published in the RAYAC membership directory which is available to all REALTOR and Affiliate members.
4.	Free subscription to our monthly newsletter, "RAYAC Connection" including exclusive advertising opportunities.
5.	Receive e-mail communications, including our bi-weekly newsletter, RAYAC Connection Plus.
6.	Ability to advertise, at a reduced rate, in our weekly advertising paper, Real Estate Weekly, which is distributed throughout York and Adams Counties in PA and in northern MD.
7.	Opportunities to attend our educational seminars and social events, including a monthly get-together at a local restaurant.
8.	Opportunity to link your website from ours - at no cost. Our website, www.rayac.com receives 800,000 hits monthly. Affiliate offices appear in a "yellow page" format and are easily searchable. Affiliate Member Search

The dues for affiliate membership are pro-rated monthly, and there is an application fee. For information on dues pricing please contact our membership director at the Association office.
