As E.O., Steve has responsibility for the overall operation of the association and the staff. He reports directly to the governing Board of Directors. Steve's specific responsibilities include serving as the Director of the association owned Real Estate School. Steve acts as the direct staff liaison with the following committees and assists in their projects/programs:

Lethy assists in supervision of staff and handles all membership matters, including records and new member orientation. She is also responsible for administration of the electronic Lock Box System and for coordinating educational seminars. Lethy assists the Director in administration of the Real Estate School.

Bob handles the day-to-day operations of the Multiple Listing Service, which includes operation and maintenance of all system software, interaction with the vendor, and conducting MLS computer training courses. His committee responsibilities are:

One of the friendly faces that greets you in the RAYAC lobby is that of Secretary/Receptionist Ann Marie Staub. Her responsibilities include ticket sales and reservations for Association events, overseeing publication of RAYAC's membership directory, and performing secretarial duties for the entire staff. She also coordinates Dispute Resolution System (mediation) cases. She works with the:

Cindy's primary responsibilities are to input and maintain reciprocal listings, prepare MLS orientation packets, and to oversee the Member Service Center (store) including all RAYAC forms/agreements. She serves as first line pickup in answering incoming calls. Cindy also assists Ann Marie with Dispute Resolution System (mediation) case coordination.

Beth oversees all Association publications, including our REAL ESTATE WEEKLY, the monthly newsletter - RAYAC Connection and the e-mail newsletter RAYAC Connection Plus. She also provides direction for other public relations efforts, including press releases and other media interaction. She serves the following committees:

Natalie's role is to coordinate RAYAC's proactive promotion of homeownership through various projects. She processes our 3/2 Mortgage Program applications,and serves as RAYAC's representative to community housing groups. Her position is also designed to assist members with special governmental and private financing programs. Her committee responsibilities are to:

Shanna's role is the association's chief strategist related to county, school district and local municipal regulations. She monitors proposed ordinances related to ownership or transfer of real estate in York & Adams Counties and reports back to the board of Directors.
